Maintained, enhanced, and expanded Superadmin. This system provides a custom employee facing admin console with a variety of features that allows CallRail employees to administer accounts, perform CRUD actions, and gain analytical insight over 100,000 companies that use CallRail.
Organizational Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to prioritize needs and produce high quality software features.
Selected Accomplishments:
- Added feature to classify customer accounts based on unique properties to improve accuracy of business analytics.
- Helped implement major UI redesign for employee facing portion of the CallRail app.
- Refactored internal company UI kit to include new features and CSS classes.
- Built out features that streamlines the internal phone number porting process.
- Refactored CSV import process by improving error handling and adding a UI to surface the errors.
