  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners to prioritize needs and produce high quality software features.

Selected Accomplishments:

  • Added feature to classify customer accounts based on unique properties to improve accuracy of business analytics.
  • Helped implement major UI redesign for employee facing portion of the CallRail app.
  • Refactored internal company UI kit to include new features and CSS classes.
  • Built out features that streamlines the internal phone number porting process.

  • Implemented single sign on via Zendesk user authentication for CallRail customers to submit support tickets.
  • Refactored CSV import process to bulk create tracking numbers.
  • Added CSV import process to bulk create CallRail users.
  • Integrated Docusign into CallRail so users can sign documents in app and by email.
  • Added webhook endpoint to approve or deny porting phone numbers out of CallRail.
